Senior Business Consultant (ideally retail background for prioritisation framework and value business consulting assignment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a senior business consultant who is able lead stakeholders in defining and applying prioritisation framework (and the parameters within) and shaping KPI’s. This is a great opportunity to work with a major UK retailer and support them in shaping how they think about value and prioritisation.
You will lead a small team, working with minimal oversight. Good customer facing, consulting and presentation skills needed and a person who loves problem solving and collaborating and working closely with a talented team and presenting to clients.
In this role you will:
- Work closely with the client to define Prioritisation framework
- Shape opportunity mapping to prioritised framework
- Support the client in identifying KPI’s
- Work collaboratively across different streams
- Produce a framework and a mindset shift with the client in how they approach prioritisation of opportunities
About you:
- 8-10 years Business Consulting
- Background in retail (brick or online)
- Ability to effectively communicate, and drive consensus across different disciplines
- Proven background and experience in creating prioritisation frameworks and defining KPI’s
- Client experience running collaborative sessions with clients, must be very comfortable client facing regards
