We’re looking for an AI Solutions Consultant who lives and breathes AI – not just the theory, but the practical, business-changing applications. You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, technology and people, helping our clients understand what’s possible and then making it real.


What you’ll do

  • Take time to deeply understand client challenges in their day-to-day work, and shape how AI can meaningfully support that.

  • Conduct interviews and fact-finding sessions with a variety of client stakeholders and subject matter experts to draw out needs, constraints and opportunities.

  • Design solutions using readily available tools such as Microsoft Copilot (M365, GitHub, Windows), Google Gemini, Power Automate, Power Platform, and Google AI Studio – with the freedom to recommend new tooling where it adds value.

  • Work with leading LLM and AI platforms such as OpenAI / Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and other cloud AI services to prototype and deliver solutions.

  • Develop advanced prompts, custom and MCP-enabled GPTs, Gems and Copilot agents, and lightweight agentic automations – co-created with senior leaders and domain experts from our clients using appropriate tooling.

  • Integrate AI into existing ecosystems (e.g. Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics, Salesforce, Google Workspace, internal knowledge bases) to improve productivity and decision-making.

  • Put robust guardrails, evaluations and quality checks in place to build and maintain trust in the AI solutions you help deliver, including quality assuring your own and others’ work.

  • Work with clients to design and deliver AI solutions across the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention and advocacy.

  • Translate complex AI concepts into clear, memorable explanations, metaphors and mental models that non-technical stakeholders can act on.

  • Produce high-quality, client-ready materials (presentations, reports, playbooks) with support from our design team.

  • Help clients define success metrics, measure value and embed engagement frameworks that stick.

  • Advise on responsible and safe AI usage, highlighting risks and guiding clients on how to mitigate them.


What you’ll bring

  • Experience: 3+ years in consulting or technology environments.

  • Deep AI expertise: Strong understanding of AI concepts, latest tooling and developments, technical foundations and history.

  • Practical credibility: You’re an expert in applied AI and either already certified as an AI engineer / vendor specialist, or actively working towards it (e.g. Azure AI Engineer Associate, Google Cloud ML/AI, Microsoft 365 / Copilot certifications).

  • Hands-on with tooling: Comfortable working with one or more of:

    • LLM platforms (OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude or similar)

    • Productivity and automation tools (Power Automate, Logic Apps, Power Platform, low-code/no-code tools)

    • Collaboration suites (M365, Google Workspace) and common integrations (APIs, webhooks, connectors).

  • Communication skills: You can turn complex ideas into simple, compelling narratives for senior stakeholders.

  • Customer mindset: Solid understanding of customer lifecycle design, engagement frameworks and value measurement.

  • Documentation & delivery: Comfortable creating structured, clear, and polished client deliverables.
