Senior AWS Serverless Software Engineer – contract
New MACH commerce full stack B2C/D2C platform in the food and beverages sector.
Must have skills:
- 5-10 years of software development/coding experience
- Has deep knowledge in building applications using industry standard design patterns utilizing AWS Serverless architecture
- Technologies: NodeJS, TypeScript, AWS lambda, Step functions, Appsync, SNS, SQS, EventBridge, GraphQL, RestAPIs, CMS (Preferred Drupal),
- Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Datadog, GTM
- Excellent communication skills to understand requirements of different stakeholders and brainstorm technical and project challenges and solutions to the same
- Should have solid experience in API Background and No SQL Database.
- Strong knowledge of Scripting like JavaScript, Typescript and frameworks.
- Proven experience in building API services using NodeJS Express and related frameworks.
- Experienced in implementing solutions based on serverless technologies eg AWS Lambda
- Services integration via REST/GraphQL
- Consistently performing code review, Be proactive in reviewing PRs and mentoring developers
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
- Must exhibit excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Good to have skills:
- Should have experience in Full Stack to understand the whole architecture.
- API management and Deployment management.
- Facilitation of requirements analysis meetings
- Agile techniques and methodologies
- Knowledge of Agile life cycle management repositories
- Nodejs/AWS Serverless knowledge including
- Step functions Lambda
- SQS/SNS DynamoDB
- Serverless Framework/Event driven methodologies
INSIDE IR35 if candidates are UK based candidates. If overseas, non UK residents can do outside.
