Data Engineer, Cloud DevOps Engineer (DevOps, Data Engineering, Python, Java, Google Cloud) – remote, inside IR35
Cloud Engineer with strong development background, role is a mix of DevOps and Data Engineering, 4-month initial contract to work on a project at a leading digital bank.
Requirements
- Good working knowledge of Java (Spring) & Python
- Knowledge on Cloud platforms is a must ideally GCP
- Kubernetes (GKE)
- Strong CI/CD DevOps understanding
- Experience in Data Engineering
Tech Stack
- Python
- Java (for BDDs)
- Data build tool
- Google BigQuery
- Google Cloud Spanner
- Kubernetes (GKE)
- Argo workflow (workflow engine for Kubernetes)
- CI/CD Jenkins, Terraform, Spinnaker
Remote working until at least Jan 2021. Contract will fall within scope of IR35, so umbrella company will need to be engaged.
