As an eCommerce Client Partner, driving customer delivery relationship, long-term shared value built on successful delivery. With experience of running ecommerce software delivery solutions to customers, you will relish the challenge of delivering growth and an incredible ROI. You will ensure the delivery of a highly effective ecommerce offering and fantastic user experience. Ensuring client services are following best practice and aligned with current industry trends.
Responsibilities:
🔰 Understand client objectives, challenges and needs
🔰 Actively participate in strategic planning for clients’ end to end eCommerce delivery strategy.
🔰 Excellent stakeholder skills, understand business goals, navigate through to deliver best results.
🔰 Ability to prioritise and communicate clearly to CxO stakeholders across the client organization.
🔰 Manage client relationship and develop strong strategic direction and recommendations.
🔰 Be of a consultative mindset, translating omnichannel commerce strategies into reality.
🔰 Recommend solutions to improve the integration, capability and value
🔰 Partner with internal and external teams to make the best work possible.
🔰 Input on costing and scoping strategy input for proposals
🔰 Understand client business goals, culture, technology and customer trends.
Requirements
🔰 At least 5 years experience working in ecommerce.
🔰 Have a strong track record of ecommerce delivery success in;

- Customer Success, Account Management
🔰 Strong client partner or success management background
🔰 Have a superb track record of overachieving on KPIs
🔰 Have a strategic mindset but the want and desire to be hands on and operational.
