Lead Scrum Master for full stack software engineering group of leading blue chip. Home based with occasional office days, 1-2 days week in West Yorkshire, otherwise remote working.

  • Serve as a Lead Scrum Master on cloud based software program, consisting of multiple scrum teams
  • Mentor and coach the team on Agile principles
  • Supervise the scrum masters (5-8 SMs/SREs)
  • Plan and facilitate program-level Agile ceremonies including Program Increment Planning
  • Jira/Confluence & Slack experience
  • Agile methodology experience in a ci/cd environment

Knowledge And Skills Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in a professional setting, preferably in consulting or technology as a Senior or Lead Scrum Master
  • Has led Scrum Teams within large Agile Transformations
  • Support SRE teams and operate as a Senior

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • 2 -5 years of SAFe Agile coaching experience and an active SAFe Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT) Certification
  • Familiarity with virtual whiteboarding tools
  • Passionate about technology and applying it to business solutions

Overview below: Senior Data Architect - GCP, Kafka, OLTP, OLAP (2 days in London per week) Senior Data Architect with a proven track record in designing robust data architectures for large financial service institutions You will be responsible for crafting data architectures that address criticality, privacy, and security concerns while aligning with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Responsibilities: • Design data architectures tailored to the specific needs of large financial service institutions, with a focus on criticality, privacy, and security. • Demonstrate domain expertise in UK banking, core banking (ledger, products), UK payments, accounting models, regulatory reporting, analytics, and end-of-day processing. • Utilize strong background in data engineering to understand and implement various components of data ecosystems, including OLTP/OLAP databases (on Google Cloud), Streaming and Event Processing ( Kafka ) , Batch and Orchestration, Reconciliation, Migration, Fault Tolerance, Disaster Recovery, and Performance Monitoring. • Provide technical advisory to a diverse audience comprising enterprise architects, data owners, engineers, and business stakeholders, effectively communicating and defending technical positions. • Curate design artefacts and develop roadmaps with transition states, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical capabilities. • Organize and facilitate workshops to educate and engage stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment between business context and technical solutions. • Translate design concepts into actionable technical delivery plans, identifying activities and responsibilities required for successful implementation.
