Scrum Master, Full Stack Software Engineering Group, outside IR35
Scrum Master for full stack software engineering group of leading blue chip. Hybrid role, 1 week in 4 on site in West Yorkshire, otherwise remote working.
Helping software engineering teams prioritise, maintain and deliver on enterprise full stack Java, JavaScript, API microservices and cloud-based customer facing systems
The Role;
- Run regular meetings ensuring planning & progress is effective
- Co-ordinate with other Scrum teams on technical dependencies between the deliveries.
- Maintain a strategic roadmap that identifies deliverables and milestones
- Co-ordinate scrum deliverables
- Run scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand ups, retrospectives)
- Support with coaching agility, work with Product Owner and team to prioritise product backlog
- Embed agile values and principles
- Delivering agile training to assist in team progress
Experience:
- Experience with Software Development Teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and Influencing skills
- Outstanding organisation & communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Scrum Techniques.
- Development background or working knowledge of full stack software engineering, devops, cloud or microservices API software engineering technologies
