SOC Security Engineer, Consultant for leading hi tech client.
One of our consulting clients is looking for an experienced security analyst SOC Engineer / Analyst.
Contract outside of IR35 and although remote based, 1-2 trips to client offices in North West.
Experience:
- SIEM, SOAR, IPS/IDS security technologies
- Providing analytical triage of alert event data
- Akamai Kona Splunk, Palo Alto, F5 Shape Defense etc
- Security rules creation and analysis
- Design and deploy Security Detection, Prevention and Monitoring technologies
- Cyberthreat hunting
- Leading response to ongoing threats
- API Management
remote contract, 1-2 site visits per month, outside IR35
