Senior Solution Sales Executive / Sales Manager (SaaS Software Solution Sales) – home based, Devon HQ About the role Senior Solutions Sales / Business Development Manager for hi-tech, fast growing company based in Devon focused on making a difference through SaaS / Software Solutions Sales in established provider in the retail, utilities and media sectors. Creating, managing and closing exciting software sales opportunities for new product range within the employee engagement, rewards and gamification sector. Responsible for generating new business from both our existing UK customer base and new prospects You’ll be confident to negotiate at senior management level, with a complex stakeholder map and extensive timeframes within large corporate organisations. This is a home/field-based role where you’ll be required to travel to client meetings within the UK and also work remotely online on a regular basis, as well as quarterly visits to our Head Office in Devon. Key responsibilities Develop a clear and consistent plan of action and approach to the market Negotiate pricing, scope of service and contractual terms to achieve optimum position for the business. Negotiate customer contracts within established parameters and guidelines. Identify and develop collaborative relationships with key influencers and stakeholders. Maintain a strong relationship with key members of partner organisations. Experience A proven track record with significant corporate sales experience, in large company environments Software as a Service (SaaS) sales experience. Can demonstrate signing and liaising with partners manage key stakeholders at all levels solution-based sales, often taking more than 6 months. Consistent track record in generating sales & profit through new business development. Results-driven and highly self-motivated, able to operate independently. Strategic thinker Confident and articulate with agility to adapt to your audience. Strong Persuasive and Negotiating skills.
