Chief Scrum Master for full stack digital engineering track
Jome based with occasional office days, 2-3 times month in West Yorkshire, otherwise remote working.
The Role
- Serve as a Chief Scrum Master on cloud based platform programs
- Mentor and coach the team on Agile principles to multiple scrum teams
- Supervise the scrum masters within release train
- Plan and facilitate program-level Agile ceremonies including Program Increment Planning
- Jira/Confluence & Slack experience
- Agile methodology experience in a ci/cd environment
Experience
- 5+ years of experience working in consulting or technology as a Lead Scrum Master
- Has led Scrum Teams within large Agile Transformations
Beneficial
- 2 -5 years of SAFe Agile coaching experience
- SAFe Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT) Certification
- Familiarity with virtual whiteboarding tools
