Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master

Agile Software Project Manager, software house, client software delivery.

Junior to mid-level agile project manager to manage delivery for customer projects, based from central London. You’ll be working with the world’s leading retail, consumer products, telco and luxury fashion brands in UK and Europe.

Building reliable and stable omni-commerce solutions in agile project delivery

You will have the following experience:

• 4-5 years software delivery experience, management of software development teams ranging from 4-10 developers, you will have the intention to progress your career by working on the delivery online commerce solutions for some of the world’s biggest brands
• Good project leadership
• An agile mindset and a drive to deliver business value to our client
• proven Scrum based delivery experience, Scrum master experience
• effective communication with both business and developers
• a burning desire to deliver high quality solutions on time and within budget
• experience with agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• strong risk and issue management skills

Desirable

• Client stakeholder relationship skills
• Experience of working with multiple integrations
• Understanding of CI CD and the technical concepts in releases and development
• Demonstrate an understanding of full SDLC principles
• Experience with running eCommerce projects
• Budgeting and financial experience
• A recognised Project Management qualification, ideally Scrum Certified
