Position
- Deliver maintainable, well documented and thoroughly tested code for state-of-the-art eCommerce solutions based on market leading commerce API
- Build, deploy and maintain cloud commerce platform ¨
- Analyse requirements and discuss technical approaches
- Work closely with key stakeholders, architects, developers, devops and project/product owners
Your qualification
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Java Software Engineer
- Solid skills with the latest Java features (generics, asynchronous/non-blocking programming, functional API, Stream API, Optional etc.)
- Good knowledge of web applications which follow modern design patterns (IoC, MVC/MVP)
- Deep knowledge of modern web frameworks like Spring or Play Framework
- Practical experience working with testing patterns (Unit-/Integration-/Web-Tests)
- Aspiration to constantly improve yourself and learn new technologies, concepts, etc
Will be a plus
- API commerce development experience with commercetools (preferred), elastic path, moltin, bigcommerce, shopify or bespoke java based API Microservices full stack
- GCP, AWS, Azure
- Experience with Build tools (eg Maven, Gradle)
- Automation tools (eg Kubernetes, GKE)
- Cloud providers/technologies (Docker, Serverless)
