JIRA Administrator, Atlassian Tools Consultant for software engineering group of leading technology client.
The role is remote, but may involve one trip per month to offices
outside IR35 contract, remote
What you’ll do:
- Lead the delivery of a standard set of usable and appropriate tools
- Educate the team on how to use these tools correctly
- Ensure that the tools selected align with the wider group strategy on tooling
- Ensure that the chosen tools can provide the appropriate level of reporting
- Streamline the use of communication tools
- Standardise the way data is saved and documentation
What you’ll bring:
- Experience as a JIRA consultant / Jira Align (AgileCraft) SME
- Previous experience in JIRA

- JIRA Align (formerly AgileCraft)
- JIRA Portfolio
- JIRA plugins
- Streamlining the use of MS Teams, including SharePoint and team sites
- Previous experience in setting up a usable confluence space
- Nice to have experience with Smartsheets
