Senior Business Analyst, Consultant AEM

Digital 2.0 programme based on AEM platform. The Program involves several workstreams such as development teams, marketing and services teams, Onboarding teams , integration with 3rd party services , enabling external agencies to move manage brand sites on the new platform etc. Program runs using agile methodologies.

The role of a technical business analyst is to understand the functional and technical integration details for every existing and new integration on the platform.

Main Role Responsibilities

  • Define processes and requirements for integrations track.
  • Conduct workshops with stakeholders showcasing functionality built on the platform. Level of stakeholders can vary from mid to senior levels
  • Define and document processes to enable agencies to use the new integration capabilities.
  • Understand and articulate the functional requirements relating to third party Integrations
  • Delve down into the lower level details of external systems to support our development teams with Integrations.
  • Review the developed integrations with core dev teams and present it to senior stakeholders via demos.

Other Notes

  • Individual must demonstrate very good stakeholder management capabilities. This is a key demand for the role
  • Individual must have excellent writing skills as will be responsible for documenting processes for external agencies , critical to success with the new platform.
  • Individual must have good understanding of any platform with CMS & marketing capabilities. AEM is preferential.
  • Individual must be able to facilitate sessions/meetings with clients to gather and document functional components; be able to manage updating requirements Traceability Matrix; ensure the customer experience is complete .
  • Individual can independently participate in most activities of translating requirements into design including working closely with the customer experience team.
  • Individual to be self-organizing in planning time and tasks required to complete own tasks. Is able to identify required inputs, resources and dependencies and level of effort (LOE) based on the number of key deliverables assigned to them
  • Communicates plan & status to project manager
