Senior Service Designer / Consultant
Leading technology company looking for experienced Senior Service Designer ideally with expertise in Cloud platform, SaaS, software security or IDM.
You will
- Be an experienced Service Designer with excellent working knowledge of service design practices, understanding user needs and designing services that meet them
- Be able to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to understand user behaviour, feedback, and co-design solutions to meet those needs
- Lead/facilitate workshops with stakeholders from multiple business areas to drive actionable outcomes
- Create high quality service design deliverables, including experience and journey maps and service blueprints
- Be adept at educating and influencing persuasively when communicating with stakeholders and senior leadership
- Demonstrate experience of working in a large scale hi-tec organisation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into effective service designs.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
- Create detailed service blueprints to visualise and communicate the service design concepts.
- Be able to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
- Lead/facilitate workshops to drive actionable outcomes
- Collaborate with system architects, engineers, and developers to ensure the successful implementation of service designs.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations and implement appropriate security measures in service designs.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of services, identify areas for improvement and propose design enhancements or optimizations.
- Provide guidance and support to other team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of service design documentation, templates, and standards.
