Shopify eCommerce Consultant
Leading ecommerce cloud software solutions provider with active Shopify Plus client base looking for practical Shopify Plus experience, good business domain understanding and ideally a track record in ecommerce trading.
The role
- A varied role, supporting clients and internal teams on all aspects of the Shopify Platform
- Engaging with enterprise clients through requirements discovery and strategic consulting sessions.
- Documenting technical requirements based on discovery findings.
- Create customized product demos and proof of concepts on the Shopify Plus Platform and partner ecosystem for use during client demonstrations. integrations between Shopify and ERPs, OMS, PIM, WMS and other third-party platforms.
- Working with integration partners to deliver system Researching new and upcoming changes in Shopify and the broader ecommerce ecosystem.
- Be a pragmatic, technically and commercially aware point of contact between the Client, the Delivery team and Developers
- Work with the Shopify Practice Consultants to understand and appreciate the KPIs for each client business and the factors that influence their success, identifying and assessing exactly where there is scope for improvement identify new opportunities, highlighting potential constraints along the way.
- Find creative solutions to resolve client problems
- Work closely to the Design and UX team to ensure designs align with Shopify features and functionality documentation
- Lead client demos, documentation and training
- Support the client team with preparation of pre-sales
