Software Solution Architect, UK based, ability to travel to Dubai (3-4 trips per year)
Any experience of working within the Middle East (UAE, KSA ideally)
UK/remote based, but able to travel (trips no longer that 1-2 weeks max and planned on an ad-hoc basis (3-4 trips during the year)
Solution Architect overall experience
- 15+ total years of experience in software or systems.
- 5+ years experience in applications architecture, software solution architecture experience.
Solution Architect must-have requirements:
- digital strategy and high-level architecture
- designing, developing, deploying, evaluating and procuring software for distributed systems.
- big data processing, data pipeline & machine learning/AI.
- release and configuration management, networking & infrastructure management tools for on-premises and cloud hosted environments.
Solution Architect High-level knowledge:
- Knowledge of cloud applications, microservices & serverless technologies.
- Understanding of software architecture, design & development methodologies and tools.
- High level knowledge of IOT and AI
from the above we at least expect the candidate to fulfil 70 to 80% ask from the must haves and at least one of the high level requirements
This role will fall inside of IR35, so FCSA accredited umbrella should be used, however rates will be uplifted to accommodate.
6 months initial, likely long term extensions
INSIDE IR35 – this assignment will fall within scope of IR35 legislation and appropriate umbrella company should be utilised during this assignment. Rates will be uplifted to reflect
