eCommerce Business Analyst, Hybris, SAP Commerce, Business Analyst, mid level, Consultant, excellent opportunity to work with world’s leading retailers, telecoms companies and consumer products companies.
Any experience of the following considered along with strong business acumen, desire to learn and passion for dynamic eCommerce sector
- Familiarity with customer-facing eCommerce platform implementation environments (ie, SAP Commerce, Hybris)
- Workshops to define requirements and use cases
- Experience of capturing business requirements
- software delivery and documenting relevant specifications
- Good soft interpersonal skills and listening skills,
- Able to work under pressure with outstanding personal time management skills,
- Able to assess risk, manage issues at a Business Analyst / Consultant level
- Participate in workshops, gather requirements, schedules
- Engage and build relationships with customers,
- Engage and build relationships with developers,
- Advise and consult with customer business teams, challenge and share best practice and eCommerce principles,
- Knowledge of Hybris
- Knowledge of eCommerce will be key
- Work and engage with project managers and technical leads
